BEST HOMESCHOOLING CURRICULUM

It is that time of year when I get the calls and emails about my advice on " The best homeschooling CURRICULUM" I have to say... is: THE ONE YOU ACTUALLY USE!!!... That may be boxed, ordered, homemade, video, organic, unschooling, great books, hands on, Montessori, Charlotte mason, work books, 5 in a Row, themed school, etc... I have used them all and I still don't have a year that looks the same as the last. Life in our house isn't like that. There is always a glitch in my plans...so my advice is be FLEXIBLE, enjoy your kids, and read as much as you can. Some how my big kids have become well balanced, smart, and have great SAT's(if you care about that kind of stuff)...

Just do it!!! I would love to hear what you like!!! I am constantly looking for an easy science program...you know the kind you just add water...and your kids are smart!!!

I completely agree, Sam! Also, if I can't find what I'm looking for, sometimes I design it myself. No one year has been the same as the last and no two children have received the same education :-) It keeps it all fresh for me, which keeps it fresh for them and more engaged, I hope!
