17 day diet: Day 3

Weigh in at 155.2

What I ate:

I did pretty good considering we spent about 6 hours at a Parish Labor Day Fair!!!

Breakfast:
Fage yogurt

Snack:
Strawberries and red grapes

Lunch:
chicken breast
carrots
cherry tomatoes

Dinner:
Taco Turkey meat
celery
mushrooms

Drank:
Hot lemon water
3 green teas
7 eight oz of water

(still time to drink my other green tea and water)

I went to the gym at 5am this morning...since it was a holiday there were only 3 other people there! I tried to do my old workout schedule that looked like this:

M/W/F:
Gym 5-6:15 or so
Do HIIT run-looks like this:
warm up on 5 for 2 min
go to 6.5 for one min
go to 7. for one min
go to 7.5 for one min
go to 8 for one min
go to 8.5 for one min
go to 9 for one min
cool down at the end

then back to 6.5 and do it again
I do this the circuit three times

Then I go to do weight training:
(do each 15 times for 3 rotations)http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif
1. Chest Fly (on back with 15lb weight in each hand-bring up to each other)
2. Back Row (on each side with 25lb http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifweight, knuckle on bench, knee on bench, back straight, pull up weight like pulling a lawn mower cord up)
3. Shoulder Raise (10lb weight in each hand, stand up strait, lift up arms at the same time
4. Bicep Curls (hold a 15lb weight in each hand one at a time curl up arm-15 sets, so 30 times)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I tried to do my HIIT training and almost fell off the treadmill...the first set I only got to 8. The second set 7.5...and I couldn't do the third set.
For weight training I did the above but with 5 and 10lbs weights.
See you tomorrow!
THY WILL BE DONE!!!+JMJ+
It’s great that you’ve got a set exercise program for the gym. It helps to have one because then you’ve got a goal to reach when you’re there, which is great motivation. It would be even more effective with a healthy diet, or at least a healthy eating plan.
