weigh in:
150.2-slowly it is coming off...had a
super hard workout and can barely walk! Did the ARC machine at Planet
Fitness for an hour...went 2.33 miles, burning 592 calories, plus
rocking the 2lb hand weights.
Breakfast:
Greek yogurt & peaches
Lunch:
2 turkey burgers
pickles
spicy mustard
Dinner:
chicken
mushrooms
roasted brocolli
cherry tomatoes
Drinks:
Hot lemon water this morning
6 of my 8 oz of water
3 1/2 green teas
THY WILL BE DONE!!! +JMJ+
