BAKED CHICKEN REUBEN
1 whole lg. chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned (or any chicken)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 (8 oz.) bottle Thousand Island dressing
6 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced (actually I use whatever cheese I have)
Layer ingredients in 10 x 6 inch baking dish. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
***This is one of my oldies but goodies...it is one that I used to cook all the time. So I don't cook it as often. Most kids don't appreciate sauerkraut, so I just put it on the adult pieces.
