PANCAKES FOR A CROWD:

  • 7-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup and 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 3/4 cup and 3 tablespoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons and 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 7-1/2 egg, beaten
  • 7-1/2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup and 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center, and pour in milk, egg and oil. Mix until smooth.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
