Get more sleep...

I have been a huge fan of people, especially mommies, to sleep more. Get on a good bedtime routine. Early to bed, early to rise...

I was recently introduced to the TED video series. I have only seen two and they are very informative. I hope the others aren't offensive.

You are absolutely right, I have always felt I could get by with 5 hours of sleep, but my Oncologist says 6-8 hours of sleep is probably the best thing I can do to help my immune system.
