17 day diet:

Last March I was 163 lbs and lost 35 lbs doing this diet and exercise. Now after my short pregnancy and the holidays...I need to lose about 10 more pounds. I posted some here and here

17 day diet: Gonna start again tomorrow:

Some of the things I eat on the 17 day diet:
chicken
tilapia fish
ground turkey
Turkey
eggs
broccoli
tomatoes (cherry)
celery...I eat lots of this (to keep my mouth busy)
cucumbers
cook everything in garlic and olive oil
green beans (sauteed or baked)
salad
apples (fruit before 2pm)
berries
grapefruit
oranges
red grapes
Chobani Greek yogurt
salsa
mustard
soy sauce
fat free salad dressing
mustard
herbs and spices
