4 year old: "mom, remember when you said, 'if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all!!!'"
mom: "yes"
4 year old: "well, that means you and daddy can't yell at us at the dinner table anymore!"
4 year old: " anyway it kinda makes my stomach go up"
mom: feeling bad and guilty..."that is called being nervous"
